No-variant of normal: &, more important, likely quite healthy, especially if young & slender. A higher value variable to look at is the QRS duration, ideally <80 ms (less than two mm width of QRS wave) which is the speed of the electrical signal to spread throughout both ventricles (as viewed from the surface EKG recording) & reflects healthy muscle without fibrosis. Yet QRS usually not called abnormal until >120 ms.
