Wouldn't worry: Tamiflu works by suppressing the reproduction of the virus which is higher at the beginning of the illness than later.It does not kill the flu, but it dies off as your body develops enough antibodies to kill it.The nausea is a common side effect & stopping now is unlikely to make much difference, except to stop the nausea.
