Total testosterone 344, free is 7.2 . would these levels warrant treatment? so they have not been able to identify cause. 29 yo

Normal urine: In healthy men, normal testosterone levels generally range between 300 ng/dL and 1050 ng/dL. Unfortunately, levels decline with aging and may fall below the normal range.

I'm assuming there: is a specific reason these tests were done, as they aren't part of routine screening. I also assume routine tests were done re: cause. Was genetic testing done? Was there a complete review of all your medications? Were your testosterone levels checked more than once? How about semen analysis? You might bring these questions up with your doctor. Dr. Anne
