Quercetin??????: Some patient have been trying quercetin though there is no convincing data of any benefit. Other reports have looked at lycopene too.

None proven: There is no convincing data that any natural substance decreases testosterone. Many people think that green tea or black licorice can potentially decrease testosterone or decrease prostate cancer risk, but this is really unproven.

Diet can lower T: Low protein diets lead to increases in sex hormone-binding globulin in men, which reduces the availability of testosterone. A vegetarian diet, or at least one lower in protein and cholesterol (a precursor of testosterone) should lower testosterone levels.
