I have had a breast hematoma for 1 yr which is "benign" but how much longer should i have it before i should get it checked again? i notice it daily.

Hematoma is: A collection of blood, so it should not persist for more than a few months at the most. Have a surgeon check it out. Are you sure it is not a hemangioma of the skin? Then you would need to see a dermatologist.
