Yes: Though the bruise is gone you may have incurred some soft tissue damage (for example traumatic fat necrosis). See a doctor for further evaluation and treatment reccomendations.

I have soreness on my left breast and went to a doctor yesterday and at first he said he thought he felt firmness and then he saw a bruise.
