A member asked:

What would cause high levels of b vitamins on blood test in someone malnourished ?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

As a direct result: of being malnourished, if the major source of nutrition was animal products (particularly liver), that could possibly, maybe be a cause. Vitamin b levels may increase during the "refeeding" process especially if there's also supplementation with Vitamins A & C. Hope this helps! Dr. Anne
