Could be viral : If the only symptoms that you have a car fevers and the grogginess then it's hard to tell whether it's due to either a viral infection such as influenza or possibly a bacterial infection such as a kidney infection or pneumonia. These latter infections can present with only a fever and not the classic coughing or flank pains. If not better in 24-48 hours then a blood/urine test would be needed.
