I got the varicella vaccine on the 8th of february i took a pregnancy test today and it came out positive will it have some effect on the baby?

Doubt it: Most of the internal response to the vaccine will be finished within 21 days & involves antibody production.If you were sick with fever or had a rash (some do) after the vaccine your response would be considered more intense. Although no one can say this is 100% safe for this pregnancy, even natural varicella is not known as a significant risk for defects/loss during early pregnancy.
