No: OTC Selsun Blue 1% selenium sulfide, also available as blue Head & Shoulders and generics almost as effective as prescription. Prescription strength is 2 1/2%. It is an orange liquid in a blue bottle. It competes with several other agents for dandruff and seborrhea.
