Try different stuff: Lots of options. Find out which works. I know of people sleeping painted blue with dandruff shampoo, and others who get fine control taking a ketoconazole 400 mg tablet before working up a sweat in the gym, once a month. I'm glad you got the diagnosis made -- it gets missed a lot. Lots of stuff works. You get to choose. Best wshes.
