TMD: Pain around these areas can directly correlate with tempromandibular disorder or tmd (not TMJ we all got em) ... This occurs with para functional habits like clenching, grinding or bruxism. Based of a clinical exam a general or tmd dentist can evaluate. Unfortunately the tongue i think is unrelated even though the time of symptoms were the same. Has there been any history of neuralgia or trauma?

Pain and numbness: One possibility is TMJ disfunction and another is an ear infection, although numbness of the tongue is not associated with either. Check with your physician about the possibility of bell's palsy. Sudden onset of ear pain and tongue numbness are common symptoms.

Start with ENT: Your symptom of sudden tongue numbness is of special concern to me. I suggest that you first consult with an ENT specialist based upon all your symptoms. He\she may refer you to a dentist, neurologist or other specialist based upon the findings and as deemed appropriate.
