Get checked : There may be a number of reasons for this and the most serious one could be a cardiovascular event. At your age it is not common to have hypertension and be on meds for it. Heart attacks can refer pain to the areas you mention so please see your doctor fast. If this is ruled out then it may be dental or TMJ related. You will want to see your dentist for that and mention these symptoms to him/her.

Jaw pain: Givern the symptoms you describe, the cause may be a cardiovascular event or a neurologic event. Please seek immediate medical evaluation. If physicians clear you, the next step is to see your Dentist to evaluate for joint dyscrasia.
