Depends: It depends how the injury occurred. The structures are adjacent to each other and you could have injury to one testis and the other could be perfectly fine. If you are worried about fertility issues, it is east to get a sperm sample after you had a supposed injury and very quickly you will know whether your testes are functioning normally or not!
