CAN BE LONGER: Unfortunately, even when the infection has been treated, the aftermath symptoms can hang around for months. I know this isn't the answer you wanted to hear, but it's reality. Sounds like your doctor has tried reduction of inflammation with steroids. You may want to ask them about possibly a longer term course of NSAIDS. Also, there actually is now physical therapy f or inner ear problems!
