No way to know: I'm very sorry to hear about your injury. Dizziness is likely associated with a concussion and/or neck sprain that have also occurred at the same time as your skull fracture. Honestly, it's very hard to say how long dizziness can last. It can last days to months. If persistent, then medications can help and also vestibular-based physical therapy.
