Knee pain: The end of your question seems to have been cut off. May again have some soft tissue knee problem including recurrence of your meniscal tear however needs a physical examination and possibly tests to sort out. Suggest see your doctor

The answer: may surprise you! Menisci are made of CARTILAGE and when torn they DO NOT HEAL> Physical therapy results in strengthening of the muscles AROUND your knee thus making the torn meniscus less symptomatic! In other words ...you had it before ...you have it still! Back to PT or Surgical (arthroscopic) intervention are your next steps Hope this helps and good luck! Dr Z
