Hi! if you do an mri of the pituitary can you also see if there would be something wrong in the other parts of the brain?

It depends: Different parts of the brain can be imaged by MRI. If what was ordered was a limited sequence it might not show the entire cortex through the brainstem - you will need to ask your doctor what was ordered specifically.
