Likely nonspecific,,: This is likely a nonspecific pain that might occur during random neck movement. Also given that you've got a history of fibromyalgia, you could very well be more sensitive to pain like this, especially if you're under some stress. Of it gets worse or of you're still concerned, see your doctor for an exam. Good luck.
