Blood: The blood might be from frequent bowel movements, irritation. However, if you have fever along w this and it continues, I would want you to see an M.D. To get checked for a bacterial source of the blood in your stool.

Possibilities: Viral illnesses can be pretty nasty. After a while all that is left is. Blood and mucus. Bacterial infections ( salmonella ?) can be more aggressive and require antibiotics . There are other things like inflammatory bowel disease. Stay hydrated, fell better. If not resolving in a day or so see your MD for stool cultures and viral panel.
