Bloody diarrhea: Usually occur due to iBD (Chrons or Ulcerative Coltis). red blood in stool can also occur in constipation with Hemorrhoids or rectal ulcers or Rectal CA or colon CA particular right sided. Evaluation is needed for such symptoms by a PCP, stool analysis and likely GI for possible scope
