Probably unrelated: Zinc supplements commonly cause nausea but that should not last very long. Zinc supplements are not known to cause diarrhea or upper abdominal pain, so this is most likely a coincidence and you would be having those symptoms even if you did not take zinc. This is most likely a self-limited virus or food poisoning. If the pain becomes severe or it does not improve in a few days see a doctor.
