Antibiotics probably: sounds like a sinus infection, which for some people seems to always follow a viral upper respiratory problem. There are sinus cavities above and below the eye sockets, draining into the nose and down the back of the throat. Centers for Disease control recommends home treatment at first, but at 2-3 weeks consider seeing a practitioner to be assessed and possibly prescribed antibiotics.
