Airways inflammation: is simply the description of asthma / rhinosinusitis, I am not sure what you meant by the allergies you have, probably it is upper airways symptoms, the inflammation of which can affect the lower airways too and cause cough even if you don't have a cold, see an allergist or your doctor for evaluation, check aaaai.org or acaai.org for an allergist in your area, best wishes
