No such thing: called 'iodine allergy' , it is a reaction to high molecular weight radio contrast media material, which is not used routinely now-a-days. Kindly consult an allergist/Immunologist for evaluation, you may just need premedication prior to the procedure to prevent a potential reaction, which is rare, check aaaai.org or acaai.org for an allergist in your area, good luck
