No: No. Normal urine should be clear and yellow in color. Perhaps he means that it is normal for your condition or diagnosis. In other words, there are medical conditions in which discoloration of the urine is expected and therefore "normal". Discuss directly with your urologist and your primary care doctor. If concerned, don't hesitate to get a second opinion.
