You must be able to: keep down liquids in order to be judged stable for discharge. Argue that point. Demonstrate, if you must. Good luck. If you get home, and start vomiting, go back to hospital.

Persistent pain: If you're experiencing persistent pain and inability to take even liquids because of persistent pancreatic inflammation, you are not ready for discharge from the hospital. However you may be ready by Saturday if that is 4 days away(today being Tuesday). If you have any doubts that you're not ready for discharge then, ask to be evaluated by a gastroenterologist.
