Work on language: You can expect a person with an expressive language disorder to be frustrated and short tempered. You can still set boundaries of acceptable behavior but do not expect this to improve much until the kid has a way to communicate his needs to others. Find a child behavioral worker in your region & work on both behavior & communication. Over time it should improve but will take patience.
