please, i asked this 4 times & the "answers" failed to address my stated question...what are options to control very heavy periods when taking blood thinners? use xtra heavy overnight maxis & have to change them every few hours. i'm 23 & want kids.

Not online: unfortunately you won't get an answer for a bit complicated case as yours on this limited platform and not online anyways. You need to be approached by a team comprising an OB/gyn and a hematologist or an internist experienced in blood diseases, in addition to rigorous follow up with labs monitoring your blood status.
