Joint pains: Stress can cause a lot of different symptoms but a direct cause of joint pains is doubtful. Your joint pains may be related to osteo or rheumatoid arthritis , if this is the case then stress can affect the immune system and have a causal relationship to the pains. This would be remote chance, however. If most joints are involved then one would suspect RA over OA. Lab tests should be helpful.
