Joint pain: I have no idea which joint you are talking about! If it is a fleeting pain not occurring in any joint in particular then it may. stress related. You need to learn to relax and you may benefit from relaxation classes or yoga

Stress management: Some people experience muscle contraction, pulling on joints/causing discomfort even when only small amounts of stress are encountered. Focus your energies on learning effective relaxation techniques: use visual imagery (imagine a peaceful setting) coupled with deep breathing, or progressive muscle relaxation focusing on tensing/relaxing each muscle group. Stress: Which joint and for how long. Is there any increase in size around the joint? Please have your primary doctor take a look at your joints and make decisions about care, or make a referral to a specialist on joints.
