Tremor w/ BM: BMs involve valsalva, increase the pressure in abdomen, chest and brain. The blood return to the heart decreases and this elicits an autonomic response of increased heart rate and cardiac contractility. It could be that either the increase intracranial pressure irritates nerves resulting in tremor or the sympathetic response to increase heart rate affects the nerves w/ tremor . f/u/ w/ do
