Pain in both anterolateral forearm for 1yr. pain aggravated by lifting wt and any pressure on that part of forearm, radiates to thumb. pls advise?

This most likely: represents an overuse or strain phenomenon of the forearm ligaments. I suspect you are continuing to do activities -- weight lifting, work or hobbies involving repetitive motion, lots of handwriting, etc -- that perpetuate the strain. Placing the wrist and forearm in an immobilizing splint may help, as may NSAIDs/ibuprofen. However, after a year, I would advise seeing a bone and joint specialist.
