In treatment of candidal intertrigo out of these 2 which cream is best luliconazole or sertaconazole ? clotrimazole and ketoconazole are not working.

Details?: Perhaps the diagnosis needs to be adjusted. What part of the body? What symptoms? How long? The azoles are interchangable. Best see a dermatologist. No other answer possible without details.
