Sounds like you may: have fibromyalgia or another inflammatory response in the muscles and/or bones of your chest. These symptoms are highly unlikely to be related to your cardiovascular system. Ask your health care provider if treatment for fibromyalgia could be tried as a therapeutic trial for your symptoms.
