Don't worry: It is normal to see some veins in the palm of the hand. They are more visible, however, if you're hands are very slender or if you are very pale, so there is more contrast. Veins are also more visible when you are well hydrated and warm or when your hands are held down below your elbows, which makes the veins dilate slightly.
