Im a 22y.old girl and recently i can see some tiny purple veins on my palms . they dont hurt they are just visible, should i be worried about them?

Don't worry: It is normal to see some veins in the palm of the hand. They are more visible, however, if you're hands are very slender or if you are very pale, so there is more contrast. Veins are also more visible when you are well hydrated and warm or when your hands are held down below your elbows, which makes the veins dilate slightly.
