Hi, i have a question. im worry because about 30 minutes ago i feel a strong pain in one finger on my left hand (like a cut), and i could see the vein getting more purple and my finger very warm. then the purple kind of went away but i still feel my fing

Blood vessel injury: You possibly bumped the finger and bruised a blood vessel which then caused bleeding under the skin. This would cause a sharp pain and slight swelling and warmth. This is not uncommon. Have it evaluated if the finger is not normal in a day or two.
