Nothing: It should not be a high risk pregnancy. You might have a higher risk of having pregnancy induced diabetes but otherwise just a normal pregnancy.

Congrats!: Great news! most moms with pcos do well. It's important to start prenatal care, eat a diet rich in whole grains, and aim the gain a heathy amount of weight. Your provider may want to do some extra tests early, because there may be a higher risk of preeclampsia and/or gestational diabetes. Good luck!
