Sinusitis: It is the same for all the sinuses except for the location. The sphenoid is up behind your nose so you may feel pressure there with the headaches. All the other symptoms of sinusitis are the same.

Sphenoid: This sinus is the most posterior of the sinuses. Sinusitis here occurs after the other sinuses mainly. Symptoms will still include headache and people complain about it at the top of the head or in the back of the head. It is quite nonspecific as it is more rare. Diagnosis can be by sinus xr.
