Depends on symptoms: Headaches can be due to neck tension, migraines or radiating pain from a sinus. However, if the pain is severe and persistent or worse with laying down/sitting, then it's best to have it evaluated. Dangerous headaches can be due to aneurysm in the brain, though you'll rarely be able to catch those in time or other spontaneous bleeds.
