This is a hernia : This hernia contains fat, if it was only found on CT scan and you didn't know it was there do not worry about having it fixed, but observe it. Hernias may enlarge over time. Focus on diet but eating healthy, avoiding sugary and starchy foods. As your weight goes down you may be able to have the Hernia repaired one day.
