Sleep & heart rate: You sound overall hyper. Due to the rapid heart rate please go to your emergency room and you can follow up w/your doctor. Thyroid or other hormone imbalance is one possibility. Peace and good health.

What's the question?: Discontinue caffeine. See a psychiatrist. Propranolol, low dose, might be considered by the latter since it would slow the heart rate and give tranquilization.
