1-2 weeks from sex: 1-2 weeks from unprotected sex would be consistent with the incubation time for chlamydia and gonorrhea. But don't wait if you're having symptoms of burning or blood on urination, penile / vaginal discharge, pelvic pain, groin swelling or fever. Also get checked for HIV and syphilis
