Many causes: for gas. On the bright side, at least it's not smelly! Most "gas" we pass if what we ingest. Sipping hot beverages contributes, drinking carbonated beverages too. Sometimes it can be related to something in our diet that we have trouble digesting. Dairy or difficulty digesting beans are common. Taking simethicone (otc) after meals may help along with probiotics. Try limiting caffeine may help
