My daughter is on antibiotics and it says 3x a day every 8 hours but my daughter doesn't get up till 830 so i've only been doing 2x a day is that bad?

Keep it 3 aday: She should have 3 doses, and if it is hard to make it every 8 hours, you can slightly make it more or less than 8 hours to fit her day, but my suggestion is to keep on 3 doses daily.

Maybe: If the infection is superficial, urinary, or not severe, then the dose is probably inconsequential. If it is a throat or lower respiratory infection, sometimes the bugs (streptococci) can be resistant and require higher dose. But if she is overall improving, then you don't need to worry

Antibiotic dosage : If you are struggling to given antibiotic three times a day please discuss with chemist or your doctor, as for most antibiotics dosage can be adjusted if we have to give it twice a day .

Depends: That would depend on the med, which you don't mention. In most kids we think of three time a day as being on arising, early afternoon and bedtime. If your not giving enough med the problem may not respond.
