Over 60 and slighty hit temple area on kitchen cabinet. very slight headache, no blurred vision, vomiting or other signs. should i be concerned?

Just watch your symptom for now, apply ice to that area for 10 minutes, repeat as needed for pain. You only need to go to urgent care if headache gets worse or you vomit or developing any questionably neurologic signs such as numbness or weakness of one side of the body or passing out. If you are stable in the next 24 hours, you should be fine.
