I am 29 weeks pregnant with complete placenta previa. my baby is in a transverse position. will this complicate the c-section?

Not much: Ob/Gyns are trained for both a transverse lie and a complete placenta previa at the time of c/section. Extra care and some additional maneuvers are needed to deliver the baby but this is not a big deal usually. However, if you have had a previous c/section and now have a previa much more major complications can arise if the placenta is over your old scar. Best wishes!
