You will live: Not withstanding the highly questionable reasons you are self injecting hydroxyzine daily... Nothing to worry about. Put a band aid on it and move on...

Yes you are fine: bleeding is sometimes expected especially if you took a pain killer like ibuprofen or aspirin prior, and it doesn't mean you hit a big blood vessel, just compress the site till the bleeding stops, take care
