Doctor can evaluate: There are many causes of abdominal pains, so a doctor will have to get the whole story and do an exam. How tummy pains are related to headaches will be part of the evaluation. Gastritis, heartburn, reflux, or other acidity problem causes pain. Liver, gallbladder, gallstone, and appendix problems can cause pain. Constipation, diarrhea, pancreatitis, and kidney diseases can cause pain. List is long.

Get to ED.: Any acute abdominal pains need to be evaluated right away in a facility that has the ability to perform blood testing and abdominal imaging rapidly, i.e. A hospital. I would advise you to get to the emergency room right away with this presentation.
