Needs assessment : Possibilities here include feeling unwell due to carbon monoxide vs due to petroleum fumes vs other medical cause for being dizzy and unwell. Best to get checked by a doctor and urgently if you are having breathing troubles

Likely not CO: Were you in a bus or train? Was it an enclosed space...not just the cabin of a vehicle. If you are that sick from CO there would be multiple other people around you sick also. The symptoms go away over time also but could affect differently depending on other medical conditions. If you are still symptomatic would go see a doctor.
